Back in December, they submitted an authorization for my deep cleaning, which was approved. However, when I tried to schedule, they kept denying me because they couldn’t find the approval in their system. I actually had to bring the approval letter from home myself. On top of that, they had originally submitted it to the wrong department. After that, they scheduled my appointments in a way that made no sense one in February, two in March, and another in April for a deep cleaning. I don’t understand how a deep cleaning is supposed to be done with appointments spaced a month apart. Today, I went in for my 2:40 PM appointment. There was only one receptionist available; the other seemed new and wasn’t sure what she was doing. I honestly felt bad for her because she was trying to register patients while also being trained at the same time, which left the front desk overwhelmed. I ended up waiting until 2:55 PM, only to be told they couldn’t see me. When I asked about a grace period, I was told they don’t have one and that it “depends on the hygienist.” Now I’m being told I may have to wait This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Worst place ever.

This company is horrible, I don’t understand how any of the workers have a job, they are obviously incompetent, very rude and don’t wanna do there job. I’ve been calling dental ALL DAY between 10ak and now WITH 7-11 minutes just ringing before voice mail is reached.. The women who work there never pick up the phone that goes for dental and regular offices or they transfer you to new holland ave. You have better odds of passing the bar exam then to get through to make an appointment. When you go in person, all you see is the employees twiddling their thumbs, and gossiping. Duke st is very poorly managed

Seeing the negative reviews here, I can see they're true. My mother went there today because they were supposed to restore a tooth, and they started the procedure. The first time, they put in a filling and scheduled her next appointment six weeks later. Today, they told her they should have scheduled the appointment two weeks later, and that's why the filling sank. Today, they forcibly removed the remaining filling material because my mother said she felt them pulling it out forcefully. My mother says her face started to swell, but the dentist continued removing the remnants anyway. My mother left there with a very swollen face, and now they're saying that my mother was already swollen when she arrived, which is a lie. They're trying to blame her when it's the fault of the people in charge of scheduling appointments because they scheduled my mother's appointment six weeks later. Please, don't go there.

Going to the dentist gives me great anxiety. Between the cost and pain i don't know which one is worse! Dr. Dixon and Naomi were gentle, kind, and professional! I also loved the fact that Dr. Dixon is a black woman. They also have a sliding scale which made my treatment affordable. I highly recommend.
